The ecological tea garden boosts income of villagers

CTG has provided targeted support for the integration of tea and tourism in Luofu Village, Hubei Province. After a series of upgrades, the village now boasts three distinctive homestays, 986 acres of tea gardens, and 2 large-scale, self-operated tea processing factories, yielding an annual harvest of over 1,500 tonnes of fresh tea leaves. Leveraging the abundant tourism resources of the Three Gorges Dam and its beautiful scenery, Luofu Village in Hubei Province attracts tourists for sightseeing, creating a one-stop service for tea picking, fishing, catering, and accommodation. It has gradually entered the market, leading to comprehensive improvements in the local ecology and infrastructure and fostering increased income and prosperity for the villagers.
