The Fenghuangqiao Sewage Treatment Plant, located southwest of Lu’an in Anhui province, is an important domestic sewage treatment plant for the central urban area of Lu’an City.?

The plant converts typical sewage treatment facilities in urban sewage treatment into recyclable carriers. It efficiently destroys micro-pollutants in water, hence improving water quality and safety. At the same time, it explores a range of combined process technologies for treating tailwater to meet various effluent discharge standards.?

The treated sewage can be utilized as “cooling water” for power plants to achieve reclaimed water reuse. The project has a sewage treatment capacity of 90,000 cubic meters/day.
