The Huangyang Pumped Storage Power Station has a total installed capacity of 1.4 GW. The project aligns with the ecological protection and high-quality development goals of the Yellow River Basin by actively engaging in desertification and ecological restoration. It implements new models such as “new energy plus agriculture” and “new energy plus environmental comprehensive treatment.” Moreover, it emphasizes the creation of demonstration projects for new energy bases, with the aim of establishing comprehensive energy bases for the integrated development of wind, solar, water, and storage green energy and assisting local green development.
